Our MOBILUS mobile pillar-mounted slewing jib cranes demonstrate their advantages wherever either the floor is not suitable for anchoring a crane or the crane itself is temporarily required at other positions.

The company WIGGER, which produces windows and façade components in Münsterland, utilises these advantages in the area of intralogistics. Window elements, house and lift and slide door elements and glass elements are reloaded onto transport racks for further order picking with the MOBILUS after delivery.

For maximum flexibility, the mobile crane is equipped with two forklift pockets and a drawbar so that it can be moved and repositioned with forklift assistance. The chain hoist and jib can of course be locked for this process. Due to its load capacity of 320 kg, the crane shown here requires a total of six concrete counterweights in order to guarantee the rather large radius of 4.5 m. With a slewing range of 360°, the operating radius for this crane in the factory hall is considerably large. The compact design ensures a maximum lifting height, making the MOBILUS a real alternative to expensive overhead cranes, even in low halls.

The versatility of this crane series is impressive. They score highly as an auxiliary crane for machine loading or as a flexible helper at assembly and order picking stations. The MOBILUS helps you wherever you need a crane.
